Returns – You Have the Right to Change Your Mind

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it – no explanation needed. This return right is based on the EU Consumer Protection Law for distance selling.

The return applies to unused, undamaged products in their original condition and packaging. We kindly ask you to handle your items with care and pack them thoughtfully if you decide to send them back.

💌 How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, please email us at  hello@brightbalancestudio.com and include:

Your name

Order number

Which item(s) you’d like to return or report

If applicable, a short description and photo of the issue

We’ll send you detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label for hassle-free return shipping.

📦 Free Returns (within the EU)

Balancing Brightly offers free returns within the EU for items eligible under the standard return policy.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost. For partial returns, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

💸 When Will I Receive My Refund?

We will refund the cost of the returned item(s) via your original payment method, once the product has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return at our facility.
