We ship from Finland to most EU countries as well as the United States and Canada.

At this time, we do not ship to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Bulgaria, and Spain due to shipping and VAT restrictions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items may take longer – please check the product page for estimated shipping times.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and whether the item is made-to-order. Average delivery estimates:

Finland: 2–5 business days

Europe: 1-8 business days

US: 5-16 business days

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

Below are our current flat-rate shipping fees per region:

Europe

Standard shipping (4–8 business days): €5.90

Express shipping (1–3 business days): €12.90

Free shipping for EU orders over €80.

US

Standard Shipping $14.95

Express Shipping $ 34.95.

Free shipping for US orders over $100.

Canada

Standard Shipping 17,95 CAD

Express Shipping 73 CAD

Free shipping for Canada orders over 150 CAD.

Our free shipping travels gently via standard postal service.
Please note that express delivery is not included in the free shipping option.

International customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or handling fees that may apply upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to predict or control these charges, as they vary by country and local regulations. If you are unsure about your country’s customs policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about your order.

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

Faulty or incorrect item?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and brief description of the issue. Depending on the case, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.

📦 Pre-Orders

Some of our items are available through pre-order.

These are made especially for you and may take several weeks to ship. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
