We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices stated here.
2. Product Information
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations in color, design placement, and size may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand and small-batch production.
Products marked as “Pre-Order” are not in stock and will be produced after your purchase is completed. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on each product page.
3. Pricing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier updates or production adjustments.
4. Orders, Pre-Orders & Production
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.Pre-order items are made especially for you and may take several weeks to produce and ship. Estimated shipping dates are stated on the product page but may vary slightly due to production schedules.
Please note: Ordering a pre-order item means accepting a waiting period before dispatch. We appreciate your patience and support for slow, sustainable production.
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments securely through Shopify Payments, which include options such as major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You're welcome to use PayPal as a payment option too. All transactions are processed in a secure environment and your data is encrypted.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, if possible, in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item at hello@brightbalancestudio.com and include your order number and the reason for return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Shipping
We currently ship to US, most EU countries and Finland. Shipping times vary depending on your location and whether the item is in-stock or made-to-order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that may apply in their country.
